The Beaver Town Lodge Vacation Home is located ON TABLE ROCK LAKE at the foot of the Arkansas Golden Gate Bridge, the old Railroad Bridge, and the “Narrows” railroad gap in Beaver, Arkansas. This historic property is a secluded, historic country inn on the shore of the Lake near the White River. Only ten minutes north of Eureka Springs. Nestled in the beauty of the Ozark Mountains, this property was restored from an authentic trading post originally built in 1901. Crafted of native limestone, its architecture reaches back in time to provide a warm, down home feel.

This property is the perfect setting for a family vacation, reunion, group retreat, or a simple get-away with friends. It boasts a recently remodeled upscale kitchen with plenty of room for serious cooking. Complete with gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, stand mixer and bread machine. The enclosed sun porch has undergone a recent remodel as well. It has a comfortable sitting area and dining for large groups. The soapstone wood burning stove will keep you toasty on the coldest of days. This room is spacious and bright with grand views of Table Rock Lake and makes it easy to watch swimming and boating. You also have this great view from the front deck that wraps around the building.
Parking is plentiful along side the building. There is a boat ramp within 50 yards of the front door.

It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
