The Bluff Side Retreat is the perfect get away for those who enjoy golf and water sports! This home is nestled on a bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. It is 4 minutes to the Holiday Island Marina and the Recreation Center.
The Great Room’s focal point is the fireplace and two patio sliders that access the deck overlooking the lake. In the dining area is a large Mosaic Art piece depicting the four seasons. Entry into the house is via the carport with just one step up into the house. The kitchen is to your left and the Great room is in front of you. The master suite with private bath is located on the left side of the home and the second bedroom and bath is on the right.
For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in a closet just off the kitchen.
Downstairs is another bedroom and a sleeping area with bunk beds. Also on the lower level is an enclosed all season sun room. This room also overlooks the lake.
Holiday Island is like staying at a resort with it’s own Marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and 2 golf courses. Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, the marina, boat rentals, and trails suited for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.
This home is a 14 minute drive to shopping, gas & supermarket; 18 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs; 1-mile from Holiday Island Recreation Center.

Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1 hour drive.
