NOTE - The rate is based on 4 guests.  Additional guests are $20 per person per night. (Enter the number of guests and your quote will reflect that quantity in the total price). Maximum of 8 Guests.

25% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be processed automatically 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website).

The Bluff Side Retreat is the perfect get away for those who enjoy golf and water sports!  This home is nestled on a bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake.  It is 4 minutes to the Holiday Island Marina and the Recreation Center.

The Great Room's focal point is the fireplace and two patio sliders that access the deck overlooking the lake.  In the dining area is a large Mosaic Art piece depicting the four seasons.  Entry into the house is via the carport with just one step up into the house.  The kitchen is to your left and the Great room is in front of you.  The master suite with private bath is located on the left side of the home and the second bedroom and bath is on the right.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in a closet just off the kitchen.

Downstairs is another bedroom and a sleeping area with bunk beds.  Also on the lower level is an enclosed all season sun room.  This room also overlooks the lake.

Holiday Island is like staying at a resort with it's own Marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and 2 golf courses.  Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, the marina, boat rentals, and trails suited for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.

This home is a 14 minute drive to shopping, gas & supermarket; 18 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs; 1-mile from Holiday Island Recreation Center.

Taxi service to Eureka Springs is typically available with advance notice.

Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1 hour drive.

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying OMVR will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, OMVR will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.

This property was ideal for our 6 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked the entire time. The decor was great, everything was spotless, and the views are gorgeous. We are coming back many times.

The house was just as shown with even more furniture for use on the deck (which we appreciated). We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the lovely view, even at night when we could see tons of stars. Downtown Eureka Springs was an easy drive away and had a lot of fun art and interesting shops. We had a wonderful visit!
