"Modern and lavish" describes this unique and newly renovated, Historic Eureka Springs home located within easy walking distance (flat walk) to Downtown.  This beautiful Eureka Springs vacation rental features 1 King bedroom, with en suite bathroom. There's a garden terrace and an amazing front porch.  This lovely home was just renovated & opened in January 2021. Guests will enjoy brand-new features as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

The Caldwell House features an elevated entry that brings guests to a perfect view of Main Street.  New, modern living area with large flatscreen TV for streaming.  Large, well appointed kitchen with faux-marble countertops & stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with seating for 4 that opens to a lovely terrace.  The King sized bedroom opens to it's own full bathroom with dual sinks.   In summary, the Caldwell House has an amazing layout with high ceilings and uplifting natural light.  

This beautiful home is located steps away from all that downtown historic Eureka Springs has to offer including many great restaurants such as Le Stick, Grand Tavern, and Rogue's Manor.  The location is on the trolley route.  A very short walk will get you to the dinner train.  Additionally, this can easily be a ride-in / ride-out location for the Mountain Bike Trails at Marble Flats and The Passion Play (Dirt Church).  

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.

Above all, have a great stay.  We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.

Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Please take precautions against COVID prior to travel.

We loved this space. It was adorable and filled with all kinds of little touches. We especially loved the kitchen, allowing us to cook all of our meals during our stay.

We had a great time staying here. We enjoyed walking in explore shops, restaurants and bars. So much to see and do without need to drive and park anywhere. Newly renovated space made for nice comfortable stay. Great front porch for sitting and relaxing.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again. It's ideally location (close to the train station and within walking distance of the main shopping area and attractions to Downtown Eureka Springs), on a quiet side street. The place very clean and net. Close to beautiful nature.
