THE OWNERS APPRECIATE RESPECTFUL GUESTS AND WILL NOT BE IN CONTACT WITH THE GUESTS DURING THEIR STAY.

Cloud Haven is an upscale 1 bedroom apartment with a full bath, located on the lower level of a beautifully landscaped residential home. The apartment features a railroad theme throughout. The large open living, kitchen and dining area opens to the outdoor living space and wooded views. The living room features a flat screen TV.
This home provides everything for the gourmet chef, in the large kitchen, complete with acacia wood counter tops. It has all new appliances. There is a counter height bar with stools for additional seating so the chef can converse with guests while preparing meals.
The Queen Bedroom is located at the back of the Apartment. It is a windowless room that is very quiet. It is perfect for sleeping! The bathroom is across the apartment and features a standard tub/shower combo.
There is a propane grill on the patio.
The apartment has central heat and air conditioning for your year round comfort.
There is also off street parking provided, including room for two vehicles, or a vehicle and a trailer. The driveway and parking area are flat and large enough to accommodate boat or motorcycle trailers.
This fantastic apartment is located just south of the Passion Play and a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs, so you will find it very convenient to drive to shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Eureka has to offer.

It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
