This is an amazing location! Bring friends and family to stay, entertain, and explore. This home is steps away from a fantastic restaurant called “the Bavarian Inn”. It is literally a short walk down the driveway. The restaurant also features a traditional German bar with an excellent beer selection.
Lake vacations! Spend the week. This house has plenty of room for a boat trailer and you are only 15 minutes from Beaver Lake. Plus, you are only a 3 minutes drive to the Eureka Springs Downtown Shopping District. Also, this house is on the Trolley Route! Therefore, no matter what everyone wants to do – swim, boat, fish, shop, dine, or just relax in the woods – This house has it all! Boat rental available from Starkey Marina.
This home is hidden away at the end of a private drive, surrounded by woods with plenty of open grassy areas for yard games. The entry to the home is ground level, therefore, it is a perfect place for anyone bringing along guests with limited mobility. Walk to the pool via the gently sloped yard (no steps).
This house is fun and eclectic. There is a sunken living area. The full kitchen has flair with its cool, restaurant style booth great for card games or puzzles, and retro island with soda-counter bar stools. A formal dining room is not far away. The sun porch is located on the south-east corner of the house making it the perfect room to read and enjoy your favorite morning beverage. There is also a flat screen TV to catch up on the morning news, or this provides a great kids area. In the sunken living area there is a TV and gas fireplace, as well as a second sitting area for conversation. There is a 1/2 bath in the entryway. This area has a table with chairs for additional dining, conversation or board games.
The opposite end of the main level has a large family suite with 2 Queen beds in the room, a full master bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. A second bedroom on this side has a queen bed. The washer and dryer is also located on this side of the home. There are several decks complete with outdoor dining tables and chairs with access from multiple rooms of the house on the main level.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. A Queen Bedroom, a second Queen Bedroom, and a third with a Queen and two twins. They all access a common shared hallway bathroom with a shower. The game room with pool table/ping pong table are at the end of the hall with a patio door which leads to the private swimming pool.
The pool has a changing room and a shower and there is a roof over part of the patio area next to the pool for lounging in the shade.
This house has room for large groups and includes exclusive use of the pool. If you are looking for FUN and plenty of space, then this is your spot!
There is ample parking available and all the roads are paved to the house, giving you easy access to the best attractions in Northwest Arkansas.
Pets not accepted
This property is marketed as lodging. Any use other than normal vacationing requires pre-authorization. All events that will included any coming and going of ADDITIONAL guests that are not lodging at the property must be pre-approved. This includes weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette/graduation parties, gatherings, and celebrations. (Birthdays etc. that include family and friends that are lodging at the property are excluded from this requirement.)
Minimum Rental Age: 25
25% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival. (If you are using a 3rd party booking resource, 100% may be due at time of booking).
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
