Island Cottage is located on Holiday Island's 18-hole championship golf course. Relax on the deck or sip beverages by the fire pit while taking in fantastic sunsets.  Listen to nature, see golfers tee-off or watch deer and other wildlife.

This modified A-frame style duplex is perfect for 1 to 2 couples.  The kitchen and dining area has a vaulted ceiling with two patio door to the deck.  The Ozark Mountain view from here is amazing.  This great room has a wood stove (wood provided in season) for those chilly nights to keep you extra cozy.  The full kitchen has everything for you to prepare meals.  It has a dishwasher for easy clean up afterwards.  It is complete with a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster and even a waffle maker!

Upstairs in the loft which is open to the great room below, there is a king size bed and a view of great sunsets.

The sleeping area on the main level is on the front side of the duplex. This area has a double door for privacy when it is time to retire for the night.

The deck is a great place to relax or grill out to the sounds and sights of wildlife.  You will see deer and occasionally red fox in the area.

Also on the main floor is a washer and dryer for your convenience.  

This area of Northwest Arkansas is steeped in history.  Over the years, the area has provided shelter to native American Indian tribes, solace to wealthy business tycoons, and pleasure to outdoor adventure seekers.  More adventures continue, with new Zip lines, Downhill Mountain Bike Trails, and on-water adventures.

Holiday Island is like staying at a resort with it's own Marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and 2 golf courses.  Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, the marina, boat rentals, and trails suited for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.

2-minute drive from shopping, gas & supermarket; 5.5-miles to downtown Eureka Springs

Taxi service to Eureka Springs is typically available with advance notice.

Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1 hour drive.

Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying OMVR will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, OMVR will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Please take precautions against COVID prior to travel.
