This luxurious 50 ac. Estate is nestled next to Beaver Lake with extensive water frontage and surrounded by beautiful, gently sloping property. You and your guests will thoroughly enjoy all that this unique estate has to offer.
Entering the house, You will find a beautiful Great Room with a vaulted ceiling. Dual french doors lead to an enormous outdoor deck with panoramic views of the lake. The house includes: full service kitchen, dining area, and large living area with plush leather couches. The first floor also includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, one is a guest bedroom, and the other is the Master with an en-suite full bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the first floor hallway.
A large staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a large sleeping loft furnished with three queen beds and a half bath. A bonus sleeping room is located at the back of the loft containing 2 twin beds (the ceiling is low in this room – although, it’s perfect for kids and has it’s own AC unit).
The lake access is at the end of a short trail. The lot slopes gently into the water, providing an excellent place to swim or fish. There is a gravel boat ramp at the end of Cobble Lane (1.5 miles from the house). It is a public area with plenty of room to turn around. There is also a concrete ramp 7 miles from the house. This house is 30 minutes from grocery stores and shopping.
There is a gas grill that also has a side grill that uses charcoal (propane is provided, bring your own charcoal). You don’t want to forget bug spray if you plan on hiking the trails or the property in general. There is an abundance of wildlife and bugs in the woods.
There are very few houses available to the public that have this much privacy, this much lake frontage, and a private dock. This will become your favorite vacation spot year after year!
There is an additional 1 bedroom “Homestead cabin” that has been completely remodeled on this estate that can be rented separately for an additional charge (if it is available). The Homestead Cabin sleeps 4.
This estate is an exquisite property with comfortable furnishings.
Note – Wifi is not provided. We intend for you to relax with each other while at the Cabin… then get out and enjoy Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake and the surrounding areas, and all the attractions and entertainment available.
This home offers 24 hour security with a camera at the front door.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
