There are also multiple golf courses available to guests at Holiday Island.
The studio features a covered deck area with chairs to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine and watch the sunrise/sunset. The interior has been remodeled with updated kitchen, flooring, furnishings, and linens. Clean yet simple, this architectural studio has an appealing look and feel that you will enjoy living in.

LAKE SWIMMING! There is a swimming area that is located .6 miles from this property. It is a public access area next to the bridge, but is rarely crowded and often empty. It is very easy to walk to the lake. The yard area has a gentle slope, therefore, you can easily bring along a rolling cooler, wagon, or large wheeled stroller.
SWIMMING POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT! Holiday Island has an amazing recreation center that is open mid-May thru mid-September 8am to 8pm. (shorter winter hours with limited activities). Amenities include TWO SWIMMING POOLS, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf, shuffle board and horseshoes providing hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. The cost for guests is $6.00 per day payable at the Rec Center desk (1/2 price after 5:30 pm). Search for Holiday Island Recreation Center and you will find all the details. The Recreation Center is 1.5 miles from this property (a 3 minute drive).

The 9 hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas.
The Driving Range is located at the 18-hole golf course. It is secluded and quiet, with a view of the Ozark Hills for miles. This driving range is so unique! Bring your camera with you. You’ll be amazed.
The Holiday Island Grill is located at the 18-hole golf course. They serve breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. Also try The Bistro for delicious meals, H.I. Pie Pizza Co for pizza and sandwiches, and Sunfest grocery store to stock up on essentials, 4.5 miles away.

FLOAT TRIP! Adventure Mountain Outfitters can provide boats and shuttle service for you. If you have your own transportation, you can simply float from the Beaver Bridge and enjoy a 3.5 mile float back to the Marina below the house.

It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
